I have a sore throat, ear pain, cough and diarrhea for going on 4 weeks now with exception of one week when i felt ok. throat & ear pain switch sides occasionally, & i am coughing mucus up. is this a cold? should i go to the doctor? neg covid test?

This is a pattern common to many respiratory viruses and some that involve both the airways and the gut. A visit to a doc for guidance would be prudent if this is interfering with your life.
