Likely viral: With multiple symptoms indicate your daughter has a viral infection and probably needs to run its course in z5-7 days. The decision to go to doctor in such situation should be guided by whether the child looks sick, vomiting, or not eating, worsening abdominal pain, evidence of dehydration, high fever or mental changes.

Call pediatrician: When in doubt, see your physician, It is never wrong to have your child checked when ill. That is a sign of a concerned mother, much better than one that neglects her child. That said, laryngitis is usually due to a virus. She probably has viral gastroenteritis. As long as she is able to drink and urinate normally, your pediatrician on call service may schedule to see her in AM.
