No difference: In real life, there is no difference between a 1060 calorie diet and a 1100 calorie diet. Life is not that exact. If there is any weight gain or loss, it will be due to other factors, not the numbers 1060 or 1100. Weight changes, if they happen, may be due to bigger errors in counting calories, or in having less than enough daily exercise.
