No-only water loss: Sweating whether because its hot out, or due to exercise is associated with water loss, thats not really fat loss, and you will re-hyrdate yourself within 24 hours and end up back where you start. Pay attention to burning calories not how much you sweat, some people do vigorous exercise and do not sweat and are thin, its all individual.
