See your doc: You may have a viral infection. You may have a bacterial infection. You may have a post nasal drip, not an infection at all. See your doc again and discuss it with him.

Go back again.: Sinus infections can be stubborn, and you may need as many as 14 days of antibiotics, sometimes even more, to eradicate the infection. Or you may need a different antibiotic for the bacterium in question. Sinus infections are more typically bacterial, so if you let it run its course you'd likely not be successful.
