What's the question: You have given us much information, but have not asked a question. 3 weeks of amoxacillin is much longer than necessary. Why the switch to Levaquin when you are not allergic to penicillin. Augmentin, (amoxicillin and clavulanate) the better choice. I think if you have 90% obstruction of your nasal airway caused by a deviated septum, it should be operated upon and maybe the chronic sinusitis may be helped.
