Arm pain: Probably a muscle strain. Ibuprofen and ice may help.

Strained muscle : It's possible that muscle has been sprained or strained which is causing pain on squeezing it . Other things that need to be looked into is possibility of blood clot , haematoma ( blood collection- bruise) , infection .
