Head pressure in both temples, both sides of face feel like their pulling but they aren't and occaisional nose and upper lip numbness. everyday sympt?

See doctor: you need a full neurologic evaluation.to make sure that the headache is not neurologic. it sound like tension headache, the numbness in the lip could be a pressure on a branch of the facial nerve ,either from muscle spasm, or other factors that need to be discovered. temple headache could be from inflammation in the temporal artery. that why you need to see a neurologist.
