Tilt Table Testing: Tilt Table testing will be beneficial to assist in the diagnosis of autonomic dysfunction but if your physician feels you have this issue based on signs and symptoms a therapeutic trial of treatment might be more cost effective. History & Exam is 90% of the diagnosis. Testing is often unnecessary and not very specific. ANSAR is not widely available. Follow your Doctor's advice.

NOT STRAIGHTFORWARDS: A tilt table test is of value in POTS and any orthostatic hypotension problem, but doesn't answer questions of causation or even select best therapeutic approach. Hopefully, a skilled and seasoned neurologist working with a cardiologist, will uncover answers. First establish that you do have a dysautonomic problem, and then pursue via sequence of additional laboratory studies.
