Is it safe to take "prwork-out" supplements if you've had kidney stones before?

Probably: I'm not familiar with this particular bodybuilding supplement but generally diet and supplements aren't major factors for kidney stones. A lot of "pop" wisdom here is not substantiated scientifically. Please stay well-hydrated. I hope you had your stone sent to a lab to see whether there's something in particular you can do to prevent further episodes.
