Constipation??: The most common cause of constipation is almost invariably the diet. The main function of the colon is to re absorb water from stool. Foods that counteract that are rice the grains such as oatmeal, barley,etc,milk, bananas, foods that contain a lot of pectin. Eliminate those from your diet and voila the end of constipation!
