Anus skin is peeling, had a colonoscopy and after that the this problem started, also had a fistulotomy , biopsy taken, dr said its not crohns,ocancer?

Apply vaseline: You must have developed extra dry skin due to irritation from the procedure or some allergy. I would suggest applying vaseline or something similar at least twice a day for one week. If the symptoms are getting better, continue applying till the scaling and itch clears out. If not better then make an appointment to see your primary doctor.
