Maybe teeth: There is a concept called referred pain. Most laymen know it that when someone is complaining about pain in mid chest and also left arm it's the heart not the arm but the brain combines the signals. We call that referred pain. Ther are other referred pain patterns in body. One of them is pain in jaw or teeth may be referred to ears. See your dentist.
