Had the cold over a week ago which was nearly away, went on a plane and my ears and sinuses became very sore during the flight and since landing 3days ago i have not returned to normal.cant hear properly, have crackling ears,blood in nasal discharge?

You need to have someone look in your ears. In US you can purchase an "ear looker" at pharmacy as a start and have someone look in there. Google external ear canal and look at images to see what different things look like.
