Sleep schedule: I think you hit on it yourself. If your sleep schedule is erratic it is not too surprising that you are having these physical symptoms. Of course getting back on a regular schedule is the key. However, if not, you can try a few "tricks". Spend only sleep time in your bedroom, avoid stimulants (coffee) near bedtime (this may be part of the problem if you're trying to stay awake), etc. Good Luck
