Not jock itch: Jock itch doesn't cause vaginal odor. Get checked for trichomonais (an STD) and bacterial vaginosis, the most common causes of strong vaginal odor and discharge. BV is overgrowth of mostly normal vaginal bacteria. This has nothing to do with the jock itch fungus, which causes itching and redness of the skin of the groin, labia, etc -- and nothing else.
