See doctor: It sounds like you definitely have an infection. Could be simple like a yeast infection, or could be a more serious STD. But definitely if you have white placques or papules, then probably yeast, but would want to make sure isn't herpes or syphilis. Normal for discharge to get pink or brown, that's usually discharge mixed with some new or old blood from menstrual cycle.
