Hello. These 2 medications are combined together to form a nasal spray called Dymista. Unfortunately very few insurance companies have this convenient spray on their formulary since the steroid medication is available OTC. I ask patients to use a saline nasal wash, (cleans the mucus membranes) then spray 1 spray of either med spray in each side then do the other 2x/day. Can be used together.
