Small likely benign: The 0.9 cm lymph node that you feel along with a pathology of dermatopathic lymphadenopathy in combination suggest a benign process, most likely a response to a local irritation or infection in the groin or limb areas. If also in the same region, it is likely the surgeon went for the most accessible or largest. Several lymph nodes may be enlarged in DL. If you have skin lymphoma concern, see MD
