If you do not have: cellulitis (skin infection) on left side, and your left groin nodes are inflamed, then you need to look to make sure you are not starting to get cellulitis or some other infection on that side. The clearance of lymph on each leg is distinct from one another, so they should not be related. If you continue to have enlarged lymph nodes, you need to see a surgeon for more biopsies.

Groin lymph nodes: Lymph nodes in the groin are commonly slightly swollen because they have to deal with the daily activity of poop passing by that lymph drainage area. Lymph nodes are like the army barracks for the immune system. So the answer is 'no' left sided lymph nodes are not related to right side after removal. You can get skin infections now on the right side given the surgery that took place. Take care.
