Had a lymph node removed in the groin. had a fluid filled sack form. surgeon said it was a seroma. got a 2nd opinion. surgeon said it was a lymphocele. do i have any treatment options? he gave me no treatment options and it's causing leg numbness?

I am 16 years old, not sexually active and have had swollen lymph nodes and groin problem but I have a numb on my thigh and hurts bad when i press it.
