"Clitoral orgasm" via a neurologic pathway should not be affected by a inguinal node removal, or by "partial hysterectomy". If the ovaries were removed along with the hysterectomy, you may have little or no estrogen which will suppress clitoral stimulation. Ask you GYN surgeon about estrogen supplementation if this is the case.

Hormonal changes at that age can cause dryness in the area. Pl see your Gyn for evaluation for that. In the meantime you will need some form of lubrication e.g. moisturizing cream
