Can I take omeprezol with activated charcoal ?

You may.: Activated charcoal can itself absorb a great deal of acid, thus reducing pain. You may or may not need to take your Omeprazol on top of it. It probably will not do you any harm. By the way, why do you need to take activated charcoal? Can I know please?
