B12 not toxic: There is no known toxicity to vitamin b12; high doses have never been shown to cause harm. There's a limit to how much you can absorb- it you take 500 mcg (& maybe 6000) about 10 mcg is absorbed. It sounds like you're having a panic attack, though your current symptoms could be caused by low blood sugar or an allergic reaction.
