Are there adverse reactions to taking activated charcoal while taking consta invega (paliperidone)? i have a cousin who takes the later drug.

No: There are none, except that the activated charcoal is used to bind the medication to prevent its absorption through the gastric lining. Therefore it's purpose is to limit the damage done by an overdose. Best wishes.
