Yes, eat!: Stress does affect the appetite. Starvation makes stress and the ability to recover from it worse! So, hungry or not, eat frequent smal nutritious meals to have enough energy to cope and to feel better. (yogurt and V-8, rice) If you refuse to eat anyway, go to an ER or call your doc. Remember, food is fuel and you need fuel. Appetite can have nothing to with the need for food.
