GI disturbance: There are numerous possibilities here and an evaluation would have to be rather extensive. See a gastroenterologist if necessary. Yes, "stress" may create physical manifestations with the GI tract as a target (called somatization), but before making that assumption you should be sure it is nothing more serious. You might try eating unpasteurized yogurt 2 or 3 times a day. Sometimes helps. Best.
