Crohns/ ulcer/paresi: Crohns is autoimmune disease. Will have rheumatalogic/malabsorption/other GI findings. Ulcers occur, may also have H pylori from immunosuppressives. Gastroparesis can occur, as can joint pains..Right side pain can be ileitis. Check B12, h pylori.
