Inside my belly button is very sore, when i touch it i can feel something there. one day i pushed it and it popped and the pain stopped its back now ?

Sore navel: May be a little abscess ( do you have a ring? ) or a cyst as they tend to recur unless the wall is removed, . Consider dabbing some alcohol on it. and follow up with doc urgent care this week , especially if sore as may need antibiotics. Also check for umbilical hernia whihc may need treatment
