Yes: Symptoms of this type could be associated with: acute appendicitis ectopic pregnancy kidney infection bowel obstruction please see a physician as soon as possible. The er seems to be the best option.

Go to the ER: Could be your appendix (and cound or already has ruptured). Other things it could be are your gallbladder, liver, pancreas, kidneys, muscles, constipation, bowel obstruction and more.
