Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. If your belly is tender to touch then prompt Evaluation by your doctor is warranted. Appendicitis is a concern

Belly pain: if it is more on right side, you need to be checked for appendicitis. UTI, ovarian cyst and PID may also have similar symptoms. You should get it checked soon to avoid complications.
