Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. If your belly is tender to touch then prompt Evaluation by your doctor is warranted. Appendicitis is a concern

Belly pain: if it is more on right side, you need to be checked for appendicitis. UTI, ovarian cyst and PID may also have similar symptoms. You should get it checked soon to avoid complications.
