Bite: Clear liquid is a good sign. The redness is likely due to inflammation of the skin and less likely infection based on the drainage. If drainage becomes puss or thicker, have it evaluated. Keep it clean with hydrogen peroxide.

See a doctor : Could be a insect bite or possibly spider bite Ckean the area with alcohol or peroxide and apply topical antibiotics If you start seeing a black spit in the wound or not getting better see your doctor right away
