Hemorrhoids: Bleeding can be from many different places. It's encouraging that you had a negative colonoscopy, but the bleeding could be from the upper part of your GI system as well. It also could be hemorrhoids. You should see your doctor soon so that you can be evaluated.

See CR Surgeon: Anal bleeding in a young person with a normal colonoscopy will most likely be from either internal hemorrhoids or an anal fissure. You would most likely have pain with bowel movements with the latter. Try taking a fiber supplement for a couple weeks. If you still bleed, see a colorectal surgeon.
