Yes: Not likely to be a tumor or something terribly serious, especially at your young age of 27. But you are pregnant. Suppose you were crossing the street or driving when it happened. Could you stay upright or drive safely? You should probably be checked and a diagnosis found so you would know whether this could be treated. Otolaryngology (vestibular specialist) is the best specialist to consult.
