Go to ER: Post-partum fatigue is not unusual. But, shortness of breath and blurry vision are concerning. If you're very recently post-partum, there's still a concern for blood pressure related problems like toxemia (or pre-eclampsia/eclampsia). Those can make you feel short of breath and dizzy. And being post-partum is also a risk for blood clot in your lung. You should call your doctor and go to ER.
