A member asked:

Why do i feel upset every time i have vertigo (spinning sensation)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Disorientation: We orient with our eyes and ears. When our senses get out of kilter, our orientation is thrown off. This will make our bodies react with nausea, anxiety, even terror. These events can be associated with changes in heart rate, blood pressure, pale or flushing and sweating, etc.
