Hard to say: You don't say what you were on Adderall for, or why it was stopped. You also don't say what kind of "attacks" you were put on Zoloft for, although I will assume they were panic attacks. Vertigo can be a side effect of many medications, including Zoloft, but can have other causes. You need to talk about this with the prescriber and/or your pharmacist, and get a full physical evaluation.

Zoloft & Vertigo: The SSRI Zoloft is most certainly linked to side effects including dizziness and vertigo according to on line patient reviews and adverse effects noted on drug inserts. This appears to be dose related and temporary. It concerns me that many people on SSRI's for anxiety and ADD may also be on benzodiazepines like xanax that can increase fall risk. Notify your prescribing MD.
