Possibilities: Could be from front-to-back and/or vertical dental and/or skeletal problems, damaged or diseased jaw joints, neurological-muscular discrepancy, etc. you need to be examined by an occlusion expert, a qualified Orthodontic Specialist, for an evaluation.
