continuous coughing in 3yr old- two days now- very little sleep- low grade fever- can i use vics vapor rub?

Not recommended: Often Vicks can make the secretions thicker and harder to cough up. Elevate the head and keep the room cool and not too dry. If he/she continues to be sick see their doctor. All the best.
