Sup Mes Stenosis?: I am assuming that this was a diagnosis made on a radiological examination of your abdomen. I am nit sure why the exam was performed. Presumably you had some GI surgery of some sort. A stenosis is a narrowing of either the Superior Mesenteric Artery (SMA) or Sup Mesenteric Vein (SMV) You don't specify which. If it was narrowed by a clot then you need an anti-coagulant. If something else specify
