Migraine?: This could be related to migraine or a variant. The headache that gets worse with a cough is due to the increased cranial pressure when one coughs. This could be related to migraine or some type of lesion in the head. Note that this is less likely at your age. Are you taking too much caffeine or doing cocaine as this can mimic a migraine. See your doc to better define the problem
