Seborrheic cyst?: Unusual problem to have, if I understand correctly. Lymph nodes are not numerous on top of your head. At the back of your head there are occipital lymph nodes that can enlarge. Cyst of skin or fungal infection? Are you doing any kind of activity that could cause intermittent blows to the head like contact sports, for example? Any other symptoms? Need to have it examined by your primary care doctor

Talk to doctor: The large knot on head may be cyst or swelling due to infection which subsides but then comes up.This needs to be examined by a doctor and to get it treated properly, .Better consult your doctor
