Tuberculosis: I'm not sure why, but from comments this forum I have the impression that in the Philippines, tuberculosis is often called Koch's infection. This chest Xray means the person has TB. It is a very dangerous infection, even if the xray shows only "minimal" infiltrates. Follow your doctor's advice about treatment. Good luck.
