High BP: Congratulations on getting regular exercise! Yes, those blood pressure reading are high and I would recommend you follow up with your doctor asap to discuss them and develop a plan for your continued fitness, health and wellness. If you are having associated headache, dizziness, chest pain/tightness, racing heart beat or shortness of breath then would recommend being seen in the emergency room.
