Irregular b/p: before we can tell you how to regulate your blood pressure, we need to know your age, height and weight. We also need to know what you mean by high and low b/p You need to purchase a good blood pressure cuff and have it checked against the one at your doctors office. Have several b/p readings done away from the office this will give us a baseline foe YOU . It may turn out you don't have a problem

Monitor it: First step would be to monitor it and do not overreact to values that may not look normal. An isolated high or low blood pressure has very limited value and should not be used in making therapeutic decisions. Once you have a clear trend, a follow up with your doc is recommended for further recommendations.
