Blackheads?: Blackheads are the oxidized oil which is at the surface of your skin. You are not going to get rid of it. Depending on your genetic inheritance you will have a certain density of oil secreting glands on your skin. You can see a cosmetic dermatologist who might give you some good advice on what you can use on your skin to help. Accutane is for severe cystic acne only not blackheads.
