I have mild blackheads and whiteheads. i also have slight pigmentation due to acne. can i use salicylic acid cleanser on my whole face instead of only nose and chin. if so, how will salicylic acid react and damage the moles on my face?

Salicylic acid would be fine to cleanse, and use in your toner, for the whole face. The concentration of salicylic acid that would affect moles is much more than that of the concentration used in cleansers and toners.
