A member asked:

I have "blackheads" all over my nose, but they aren't. face is clear, they don't respond to acne meds and they've been there for years. what can it be?

Adenoma sebaceum?: This is one of several entities that mimics what you describe. You may carry a mild allele of a tuberous sclerosis gene; i've seen this miscalled acne. I trust this is not rhinophyma / rosacea. If it bothers you, dermatologists know thousands of otherwise-little-known illnesses and it would be wise to make a visit.
