Pain: it is much more likely to be muscular pain and very unlikely to be cancer if it persists get someone to examine you and make a definitive diagnosis

Unlikely, unless you: can feel a mass. Your doctor might want to get imaging studies just to make sure, so consult him/her for recommendation specific to your case.
