Mri report done 6--8 months ago, says few liver cysts[biggest 7mm ]which are non conserning- should i repeat scan to rule out 5% possibility of cancer?

I would forget them: Noncerning liver cysts do not have a 5 percent chance of being cancer. The risk is basically zero. They are common. The liver cancers that present as worrisome cysts are rate and seldom are curable anyway. Get a second radiologist opinion and if he/she agrees it is best ignored, forget them.

Not for cysts: not necessary to repeat MRI for liver cysts. If there is a reason to look for cancer, that would be another reason for an MRI. Actually ultrasound is also very good to follow cysts, and relatively inexpensive. And just as good. Hope that answers the question
